We recommend to have a stable internet connection and computer hardware, working without interruptions 24 hours a day from the market opening on Monday to the market closing on Friday.

You don't need to do that. The market is closed on weekends and the Infinity Trader EA will sleep until Monday.

This will not affect the system as long as the internet is reconnected within a short period.

You shouldn't worry about that. The trades that are currently open will stay open until the computers power is restored. Just start your computer, run the Metatrader again and be sure that your Infinity Trader EA Expert Advisor is turned on. It will continue working.
